Concrete Carpenter (Freelance / ZZP)

About the job

This is a freelance assignment for experienced concrete carpenters. You work on the construction of a new primary school in Amsterdam Noord. The work is in commercial construction on a self-employed basis.

ZZP means zelfstandige zonder personeel, a self-employed contractor registered in the Netherlands.

What you'll do

• Work from technical drawings
• Place props and support structures (stempels)
• Install hollow-core slab floors (breedplaatvloeren)
• Pour, compact and finish concrete
• Build and dismantle formwork
• Carry out various tasks in commercial construction

What we ask

• Experience as a concrete carpenter
• Your own business registered with the KvK (KvK is the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, registration is required to work as a freelancer in the Netherlands)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Able to work independently

• Hourly rate: €17.50 - €26.00
• Invoice paid within 7 days (2% service fee) or within 30 days (no fee)
• Model contract approved by the Dutch tax authority (Belastingdienst)
