The production team leader in Barneveld combines hands-on work on the production line with coordinating a small team. You work alongside your team, not just above them, and you make sure production runs smoothly.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the work of the team on the production floor
- Do physical work on the production line together with the other workers
- Monitor quality and production pace
- Train new workers and explain their tasks
- Report technical and organisational problems to your manager
- Keep the workplace tidy and safe
- Record production progress and report results
What we ask
- Experience in production, preferably as a team leader or foreman
- Ability to organise the work of a small group of people
- A practical attitude and willingness to do physical work
- Good communication skills and the ability to solve problems on the spot
- A working level of English or Dutch
- Punctuality and a sense of responsibility
