About the job

As a roofer, you install and maintain different types of roofs. You work mostly outside and see the results of your work every day. The client is a well-established roofing company in the region. They work for both private and business customers.

What you'll do

• Laying bitumen, EPDM, PVC or zinc on roofs
• Insulating roofs to improve energy efficiency
• Fixing leaks and doing roof renovations
• Working both on your own and as part of a team
• Keeping the worksite safe and the work up to standard

What we ask

• Proven experience as a roofer (bitumen, EPDM or tile roofs preferred)
• No fear of heights and comfortable working outside
• VCA certificate (a safety certification required on many Dutch construction sites) or willingness to obtain it
• Driving licence category B (BE preferred)
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Solution-focused and attentive to quality

What we offer

• Salary from €18.95 to €21.24 gross per hour, depending on experience and skills
• Conditions based on the CAO Hellende Daken (the collective labour agreement for pitched roofing), including additional employee benefits
