Electrician

About the job

As an independent electrician, you install, maintain and repair electrical systems at different client locations. You work on a variety of projects where your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills matter. You make sure the installations are safe, working properly and meet the client's requirements.

What you'll do

• Installing: carry out electrical installations at client sites on your own.
• Maintenance: do regular checks on existing installations to prevent breakdowns.
• Repairs: find faults and fix electrical systems.
• Advising: inform clients and advise them on the best technical solutions.
• Working safely: keep a safe work environment and follow the applicable health and safety rules.

What we ask

• VCA Basis certificate (VCA is a Dutch health and safety certification for contractors).
• MBO level 2 diploma in electrical engineering.
• Category B driving licence and full availability.
• Experience working independently on electrical installations.
• Flexible and able to solve technical problems.

What we offer

• Salary from €2,500 to €3,800 gross per month.
• Fixed-term contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Full time (32 to 40 hours per week).
• Travel costs reimbursed.
