Production Team Leader – Food Industry
About the job
Production runs in two shifts. Each shift has its own assistant. As production team leader, you supervise the assistants of both shifts and make sure the production process runs smoothly. The shifts work from 04:00 to 13:00 and from 11:00 to 20:00.
Your working hours as team leader
- Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 16:00
- Friday: 07:00 - 13:00
The company does not work on Saturdays, so you always have that day off. Depending on the schedule and the number of orders, on some days, often Wednesdays, you may finish an hour earlier or work an hour longer.
The company is a family business that provides catering services to other companies. They produce premium sandwiches, soups, snacks, wraps and salads.

Employment: Full-time
Salary: €19.29 gross per hour. That is approximately €3,343.60 gross per month.
What you'll do
- Create staff schedules and shift plans
- Manage and monitor stock
- Make sure ingredients and products are ordered on time
- Stay in contact with uitzendbureau's (staffing agencies) about current and potential new workers
- Work with the office team and keep them informed about the production process, products and staff
What we ask
- You have experience managing people
- You are motivated and available for a longer period
- You enjoy working with food
- You have your own accommodation within 40 km of Utrecht
- You have your own transport
- You speak Polish and have a basic working level of English or Dutch
