About the job
As a Mobile Sites Manager, you are responsible for several cleaning locations in your region. You make sure the work runs smoothly, quality stays at the right level, and staff know what is expected of them. You are the main contact for both the cleaning staff and the client.
What you'll do
- Supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Monitor the quality of work at each location
- Instruct and guide cleaning staff
- Act as the point of contact for staff and the client
- Handle day-to-day problems on site
- Plan and organise work within your region
What we ask
- Experience in the cleaning industry
- Good organisational and management skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Category B driving licence (you travel between multiple locations)
- Good communication skills with both staff and clients
