Assembly Technician

About the job

As an assembly technician, you build vehicles step by step together with your colleagues. You don't spend the whole day on the same part. You work with different techniques: mechanical parts, electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

You work alongside experienced assemblers who help you finish vehicles to the right quality standards. This means you learn a lot and keep growing technically.

Working hours: fixed day shift, 38 hours a week.

Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30. Friday: 07:30 - 12:45. No evenings, no shift rotation. Every Friday you finish at 12:45.

What you'll do

• Assemble and connect electrical systems
• Install hydraulic and pneumatic components
• Fit mechanical parts such as axles and engines
• Build and finish cabins
• Check and test completed work
• Help improve the production process

What we ask

• Technical skills or a technical background
• You like working with your hands: assembling, bolting, building
• You work accurately and care about quality
• You want to learn new techniques
• You work well with colleagues
• You live near Utrecht, Nieuwegein, IJsselstein, or Vianen
• Experience as an assembler, car mechanic, or production worker is a plus, but not required
