About the job
This job is for someone with experience in machining. You work on CNC lathes to produce precise parts according to technical documentation.
What you'll do
- Operate CNC lathes (programming, setting up, running)
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work plans
- Set up tools and machining parameters before production starts
- Check the quality of finished parts using measuring instruments
- Detect and fix minor machine faults
- Keep your workstation tidy and follow health and safety rules
- Record production results and report any deviations
What we ask
- Experience as a CNC lathe operator (minimum 1-2 years)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens or similar)
- Accuracy and attention to quality
- Ability to work independently and solve technical problems
- VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certificate for the workplace) is an advantage
What we offer
- Salary from 17.50 to 23.50 euro gross per hour, depending on experience
