Gravure Print Operator

About the job

The client is a leading producer of high-quality labels for the food, beverage, and industrial sectors, with over 125 years of experience in the printing industry. The company offers a stable work environment, modern machinery, and real opportunities to grow. We are looking for a Gravure Print Operator who wants to build a long-term career in printing and work a 4-shift rotation on a modern Comexi printing machine.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and adjust the gravure printing machine
• Check colour consistency, registration, and print quality
• Inspect input materials and follow production orders and work instructions
• Carry out quality checks, measurements, and production registration
• Detect and solve routine printing and technical problems
• Perform first-level machine maintenance
• Keep the workplace clean, tidy, and safe
• Minimise waste and contribute to improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency
• Work closely with experienced colleagues in a professional production environment

What we ask

• Experience with or interest in working on printing or production machines
• Willingness to work a 4-shift rotation
• Attention to quality and order in the workplace
• Ability to identify and solve basic technical problems

What we offer

• Weekly pay, paid every week
• Base salary from €2,700 to €3,600 gross per month (excluding shift allowance)
• Shift allowance of 32.86% on top of the base salary
• Full-time position in a stable and growing company
• 35-hour working week
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre from 10 km
