Salary: €3,000–3,900 gross per month

**About the job**

As a mechanical operator, you are responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining various machines and installations.

**What you'll do**

• Monitor the production process and ensure the quality of the end product
• Troubleshoot faults and carry out maintenance work
• Perform quality checks and keep production records
• Take part in improving the production process and suggest solutions

A personality assessment is part of the recruitment process. If you meet the requirements, the process will end with a background check by the AIVD (the Dutch General Intelligence and Security Service).

**What we ask**

• A completed MBO (Dutch vocational qualification) level 2 or 3 diploma, for example in process technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of work experience as a mechanical operator in a production environment
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system, and in a three-shift system if needed
• A proactive attitude and hands-on approach
• Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing situations
