About the job

You work in the coatings department of an international technical production facility in Tilburg. The company operates in the aerospace industry. High-quality components are produced, processed and repaired on site. Safety and quality are critical. You work with modern equipment and precise processes. Accuracy and continuous improvement are the standard here.

What you'll do

• Carry out coating and heat treatment processes
• Set up, operate and monitor furnaces and process installations
• Prepare and process technical parts
• Perform quality checks and process measurements
• Detect and analyse deviations
• Work according to strict safety and quality requirements
• Contribute to improvements within Lean and 5S

This role is also known as Plasma Operator, Chemical Process Operator or Heat Treatment Operator.

What we ask

• Vocational or technical education (equivalent to vmbo, lts or mbo)
• Experience in technical or chemical production processes
• Experience with coatings, furnaces or heat treatment is a plus
• Ability to work accurately according to set procedures and tolerances
• Good command of English
• Willingness to obtain a VCA VOL certificate (a Dutch safety certification) if you do not have one yet
• A VOG (certificate of good conduct) is required on hire. The employer reimburses the cost.

• Gross salary from €3,100 to €3,700 per month, excluding shift allowance
• Shift allowance of 13.3%
