Process Operator

About the job

As a process operator, you work in a close team and have a real impact on the production of high-quality semi-finished products for the food industry. Your tasks depend on the production process and your experience.

What you'll do

• operate and maintain process equipment
• monitor quality continuously through quality checks
• carry out quality measurements, interpret results and adjust the process
• analyse the process and solve any process or technical problems that come up
• pack and move finished products
• record, interpret and analyse breakdown and quality data, and take an active role in solving process issues

What we ask

• MBO level 3 (Dutch vocational education) or higher, in thinking and working level
• VAPRO B certificate, or willingness to obtain it
• a few years of experience as an operator in an automated production environment
• a hands-on attitude combined with a willingness to learn
• a strong sense of responsibility and high safety standards
• living near Weert, Roermond or Eindhoven

What we offer

• salary up to more than €4,100 gross per month, including a 28.5% shift allowance; the exact amount depends on experience and education level

• travel cost reimbursement
• possibility of a permanent contract
• a secondment contract or a direct permanent contract with the opdrachtgever (the client company)
• full time, 33.6 hours per week
