Production Operator

About the job

As an operator, you are an important part of the production process. You make sure production runs safely, smoothly and without stops. You work a fixed day shift from 07:00 to 16:00 at a food production site that supplies its products to over 100 countries.

What you'll do

• Operate and set up production lines according to work instructions
• Check quality, record production data and report any deviations
• Keep machines and the workplace clean and safe in line with hygiene rules
• Monitor production processes and act when something goes wrong
• Work together with the logistics, technical and quality departments
• Follow the applicable health, safety and hygiene rules

What we ask

• Technical education at MBO level (Dutch vocational qualification, level 3 or 4) or comparable work experience
• Experience as an operator in a production environment is a plus
• Good command of Dutch or English
• A valid reach truck certificate, or willingness to obtain one
• You work accurately and stay calm when solving problems
• You communicate clearly with the team and take initiative when needed

What we offer

• €2,800 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a mandatory annual bonus under Dutch law) and generous leave
