Food Production Operator

About the job

As a production worker you play a key role in the production process. No two days are the same, but every day you work on quality, taste and your own development.

What you'll do

• You set up machines and monitor the quality, safety and output of production.
• You carry out random quality checks and document them carefully.
• Thanks to your eye for detail and hands-on approach, processes run smoothly.
• You spot deviations and actively take part in improvements.

Working hours: morning shift 06:00-14:30 | afternoon shift 14:30-23:00

What we ask

• You are physically fit and like to stay active.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with others.
• Experience in production is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn is what counts.
• Flexibility to work in a two-shift schedule.
• Own transport.

What we offer

• Gross salary from €18.00 to €21.00 per hour, based on 40 hours per week. Experience is taken into account.
• 15% shift allowance in the two-shift system.
• Vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory Dutch bonus of 8% on top of your gross salary), a 13th month payment, and travel expense reimbursement of €0.21 per km.
• Training and career development opportunities, for example to grow into an (Assistant) Operator role.
