You work as an operator in a sweet factory in Weert. Every day you can rotate between different positions, so the work stays varied.

What you'll do

• You set up, monitor, adjust and changeover production lines
• You carry out quality checks and correct the process when needed
• You solve and prevent machine and process failures
• You support and help colleagues with their work
• You take part in developing and implementing process improvements

What we ask

• Experience or skills at operator level in production (working with machines)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Motivation, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team
