About the job

You work with a team to process and pack tropical houseplants. Alongside your regular packing tasks, you are someone your colleagues can rely on. You do not need to be an experienced manager. What matters is that you take responsibility, work well with others, and are happy to help.

What you'll do

• Pack and process tropical houseplants
• Help divide tasks among team members
• Keep an eye on whether work is running to plan
• Support and assist colleagues when needed
• Check the quality of the packing and the condition of the plants
• Make sure packing materials are available
• Coordinate with the production and logistics departments
• Report problems and discuss them with the right people

What we ask

• Thinking and working at MBO 4 level (a Dutch vocational qualification roughly equivalent to a technical secondary diploma)
• Available for 38 to 40 hours per week
• Good at working together and communicating clearly
• Able to stay calm and keep overview during busy periods
• Accurate and reliable in your work
• Willing to give feedback or step in to help colleagues when the situation calls for it
• Flexible during peak periods
• Experience with leading or coordinating is a plus, but not required
• Experience in horticulture or with plants is not required

What we offer

• Salary from €2,658.02 to €3,248.15 gross per month, depending on experience
• Full-time, 38 to 40 hours per week
• Fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre for distances of 10 to 26 km one way
