Production Worker (3-Shift)

About the job

You work on different production lines. You check products, pack them, and make sure the production process runs smoothly. You work carefully and follow the rules for quality, hygiene, and safety. The client company specialises in processing and packing nuts, seeds, and dried fruits. You work in a modern facility with clear logistics processes.

What you'll do

• Refill raw materials and packaging materials
• Check product quality
• Operate and refill production machines
• Report deviations and faults

You work 5 days a week, Monday to Saturday, in a 3-shift system: 06:00-14:45, 14:00-22:45, and 22:00-06:45.

What we ask

• Experience as a production worker, packer, or operator is preferred
• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• Ability to travel to Giessen independently (public transport is not possible)
• Available to work in a 3-shift system
• Available for full-time work

What we offer

• Gross salary from €3,300 to €3,650 per month, depending on experience
• Shift allowance of 19% on top of your hourly rate
• 24 days of holiday per year
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a statutory annual bonus equal to 8% of your gross yearly salary)
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.25 per km (up to 40 km one way)
