Technical and Facility Worker

About the job

As a technical and facility worker, you make sure the buildings and grounds look tidy and everything runs smoothly. It is varied work with different technical and practical tasks. You work at a client site in Lexmond, at a large and growing organisation that specialises in renting out machines and equipment. On site you will find several buildings, workshops, office spaces, and a large outdoor area.

What you'll do

• Carry out maintenance and repair work in the buildings
• Painting, demolition, and light construction work
• Finding and fixing technical faults on your own
• Supporting electrical work and solving minor breakdowns
• Taking care of the greenery and maintaining the outdoor areas
• Handling internal moves and adjusting office spaces
• Keeping the workplace clean, tidy, and safe

What we ask

• A technical or construction background, or relevant work experience
• Practical skills and experience in maintenance and repair work
• Ability to work independently and think in solutions
• Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
• No fear of heights
• Attention to order and awareness of safety rules
• Driving licence category B
