Service and Maintenance Manager

About the job

You work as a service and maintenance manager on completed construction projects. You assess fault reports, organise repairs, and make sure every issue is solved quickly and properly.

What you'll do

• You assess service requests and check the situation on site
• You carry out small repairs yourself or coordinate subcontractors
• You keep track of the schedule and the quality of the work
• You are the main point of contact for residents and clients on site

What we ask

• Experience or solid practical knowledge in construction
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Category B driving licence
