Commercial Vehicle Service Technician

About the job

As a commercial vehicle service technician, you play an important role in the aftersales department. You visit customers, diagnose electrical faults, and carry out repairs and inspections. You work mainly on electronic components in commercial vehicles.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and fix electrical faults at customer locations
• Carry out repair work
• Perform technical inspections
• Work together with the aftersales team
• Travel regularly to customers in a fully equipped service van
• Share ideas for improvements based on your service visits

What we ask

• Completed MBO technical education, preferably in automotive
• Technical mindset and a problem-solving approach
• Experience as an installer or service technician
• Ability to work independently and visit customers without supervision
• Willingness to keep learning and developing your skills

What we offer

• Full-time position, day shift, 40 hours per week
• Gross salary from €3,000 to €4,000 per month, depending on age and experience

• Working hours from 07:15 to 16:15
• 38 days off: 25 vacation days and 13 ATV days (ATV: extra time-off days as part of the Dutch collective agreement)
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre
