E&I Technician Offshore

About the job

An E&I Offshore Technician works on electrical and instrumentation systems on drilling platforms in the North Sea. The base location is Den Helder.

What you'll do

• Carry out electrical and instrumentation work on offshore facilities
• Install, maintain and repair electrical and instrumentation systems
• Work according to offshore safety procedures
• Diagnose and fix faults in electrical and instrumentation equipment
• Document completed work

What we ask

• Experience as an E&I (electrical and instrumentation) technician
• Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems used offshore
• Valid offshore certificates, for example BOSIET/HUET and OPITO
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certification for contractors) or equivalent
• Willingness to work a rotation schedule on the North Sea
