Quality Control Technician

About the job

As a quality control technician, you are an important link between production and the finished product. You make sure customers receive high-quality products they can rely on. This is a hands-on technical role, done directly on the production floor at a high-tech company. It is not a lab job.

What you'll do

• Inspect components and assembled products before shipment
• Carry out dimensional measurements using technical drawings and specifications
• Measure products with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment
• Detect deviations and document non-conformities
• Write inspection reports and quality documentation
• Release products that meet the required quality standards
• Work closely with production and assembly teams to solve quality issues
• Suggest ideas to improve inspection and production processes

What we ask

• A completed technical education, for example in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, precision engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field
• Experience in technical production, assembly, or high-tech manufacturing
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience with precision measuring equipment
• A precise and organised way of working
• Availability to work full time in a two-shift schedule: 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00
• Good command of English for daily communication
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Own accommodation and transport

• Gross monthly salary between €3,850 and €4,064, including shift allowance
• 25 vacation days and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid once a year on top of your salary)
