Allround welder

About the job

We are looking for an experienced welder to work in the Friesland region in the Netherlands. The work includes a variety of welding tasks in a production or construction environment.

What you'll do

• Weld metal structures using MIG/MAG, TIG or stick welding
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Prepare parts for welding: cutting, grinding, fitting
• Check weld quality according to applicable standards
• Operate and maintain welding equipment
• Work together with other production staff and fitters
• Keep your work area clean and safe

What we ask

• Experience in welding (minimum 2 years)
• Knowledge of at least one welding method: MIG/MAG, TIG or stick welding
• Ability to read technical drawings
• A welding certificate is a plus
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for working on industrial sites) is welcome
• Able to work independently and accurately
• Category B driving licence and own transport

• Salary from €17.50 to €22.00 gross per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
