Allround Maintenance Technician

About the job

You work for a technical service provider in manufacturing. You carry out assignments at different client sites. No two days are the same. Sometimes it's a short job, sometimes a longer project. This way you build a broad technical base fast.

What you'll do

• Analyse and fix faults in electrical and control systems
• Work on your own or in a team at client sites
• Handle short assignments or longer projects depending on the situation
• Build broad technical knowledge by working for different clients
• Suggest improvements to installations and processes

What we ask

• MBO level 4 diploma (Dutch vocational qualification) in mechatronics or electrical engineering
• Experience and additional training in control technology and automation
• Willing to work day shifts or 2-, 3-, 4- and/or 5-shift schedules
• Good communicator with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus
• Willing to work in the Amsterdam or IJmuiden area

What we offer

• Salary between €3,400 and €4,300 gross per month, excluding shift allowance
• Shift allowance from 15% for 2 shifts up to around 30% for 4- or 5-shift schedules
• On-call compensation
• Training and certificates fully paid by the opdrachtgever (client company commissioning the work)
• Company car or travel cost reimbursement
• Pension, 25 days holiday, and a dedicated permanent contact person
