Printing Machine Operator Assistant

About the job

You work at a print production company in Deventer. You support the machine operators and make sure printed products, business cards, posters, banners and more, are high quality and ready on time. This is a hands-on job. Accuracy and working independently matter here.

What you'll do

• Prepare materials for printing: business cards, posters, banners, and signs
• Operate different production machines
• Check the quality of finished products
• Cut and finish prints to the required specifications
• Pack orders and prepare them for shipping

What we ask

• Experience with shift work, or willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• You speak Dutch or English
• At least MBO 1 level education (Dutch vocational qualification, entry level)
• You pick up new tasks quickly and can work on your own
• You are accurate and take an active approach to your work

What we offer

• Pay up to €3,200 gross per month, including shift allowance
• Full time, 37.5 hours per week
• 3-shift system with a clear schedule
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometre, from 10 km
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid on top of your regular salary)
• Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position
