About the job
As a production team leader you work alongside your team on the shop floor. You make sure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently, in a modern and safe workplace. You combine technical knowledge with a hands-on approach. You solve breakdowns and spot ways to improve. With your background in electrical engineering and mechanics, you keep machines in good condition, work actively on the floor, and support your colleagues.
What you'll do
- Carry out maintenance and repair work on production machines
- Find and fix technical faults, with a focus on electrical engineering and mechanics
- Check the technical condition of machines and installations
- Coordinate maintenance work and keep the inspection schedule up to date
- Identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency
What we ask
- MBO-level (Dutch vocational qualification, secondary level) education and thinking in a technical direction
- Experience in machine maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of electrical engineering and mechanics
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Willing to work actively on the production floor
What we offer
- Gross salary from €3,500 to €4,500 per month
- Permanent contract for a stable future
- Full time: 38 to 40 hours per week
- Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre
- Overtime allowance of 150% after 16:00
