Paver

About the job

You work in a close-knit team with modern equipment in construction and infrastructure. As a paver, you lay and repair road surfaces every day for different clients, both by hand and with machines. Together with your colleagues, you take projects from start to finish and make sure every job is done properly and looks good.

What you'll do

• Laying and repairing paved surfaces
• Levelling and preparing the ground
• Working with hand tools and machine-assisted tools
• Working together with crane operators and team members

What we ask

• Experience as a paver (a plus)
• VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certification for construction workers) or willingness to get one
• Category B driving licence
• Basic knowledge of paving techniques
• Good physical fitness and attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors

What we offer

• Salary in line with CAO Bouw & Infra (the collective labour agreement for construction and infrastructure) from €3,470 gross per month
• Hourly rate from €20.02 to €22.40 gross
• Possibility of a permanent contract
