Are you looking for a job where you clean yourself and also coordinate a team? Two locations in Overijssel need a meewerkend voorman or voorvrouw (a working team leader who also does the job hands-on) in cleaning, 30 hours a week.
What you'll do
- Do daily cleaning work yourself
- Clean and vacuum offices, rooms and other spaces
- Clean toilets and maintain hygiene standards
- Divide tasks and supervise colleagues
- Carry out quality checks and keep cleaning standards on track
- Support, guide and motivate team members
- Keep things organised and make sure the team runs smoothly
- Work at two locations: Almelo (15 h/week) and Enschede (15 h/week)
What we ask
- Experience in professional cleaning
- Ability to coordinate a small team
- You can work independently and take responsibility
- Willing to work at two locations in Overijssel
