Warehouse Team Leader

About the job

This job is in a technical environment where many different materials and parts move through the warehouse every day. A well-organised warehouse is key here, not just physically but also on paper: everything that comes in, gets used, or goes out must be recorded correctly. In this role you combine hands-on warehouse work with leading a small team and improving logistics processes.

What you'll do

• Lead and support a team of three warehouse workers day to day
• Work on receiving, storing, issuing and shipping materials
• Plan and divide the daily tasks
• Manage and monitor stock levels
• Keep and check records of stock, materials and tools
• Improve and document logistics processes
• Create clear working agreements and practical work instructions

Working hours: 07:30 to 16:00

What we ask

• Experience in a technical warehouse or logistics environment
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Practical understanding of logistics processes
• Willingness to work hands-on alongside your team

What we offer

• Gross salary between €3,400 and €4,250 per month
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometre
• 33 days of leave per year
