Team Leader Steel Structures

About the job

A client near Obdam is looking for a team leader with experience in steel structures. You are responsible for organising the team's work and supervising production or assembly orders.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate a team working on the production or assembly of steel structures
• Check the quality of work according to technical drawings and documentation
• Divide tasks among team members and keep track of deadlines
• Make sure health and safety rules are followed on the work floor
• Report progress to the production manager or site manager
• Take part in assembly or production work when needed
• Make sure materials and tools are used properly

What we ask

• Experience with steel structures (welding, assembly, metalwork or similar)
• Experience as a team leader or foreman
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for working on construction and industrial sites), preferred or required
• Driving licence category B
• Able to work independently and organise a team
