Working Foreman Concrete Renovation

About the job

As a working foreman in concrete renovation in Apeldoorn, you combine hands-on work with leading a team. You take part in concrete repairs and renovation yourself, while also organising your colleagues' work. You keep an eye on quality, safety and progress on projects like gallery-access flats, multi-storey car parks and industrial floors in the north-east of the Netherlands.

What you'll do

• Carry out renovation and repair work on concrete structures.
• Divide tasks and supervise colleagues on site.
• Plan and organise daily work together with the site manager.
• Make decisions on the spot and solve problems in a practical way.
• Work accurately and with attention to a clean final result.

What we ask

• 3 to 5 years of experience in concrete renovation, concrete repairs or similar work.
• Experience leading, working with and motivating a team on a building site.
• Decisive, accurate and focused on working safely.
• Category B driving licence required. Category BE is a plus.
• A Betonreparateur MBO 2 diploma (a Dutch vocational qualification for concrete repair) is welcome, or willingness to work towards it.

What we offer

• Salary from €3,300 to €4,200 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
• Employment conditions under the CAO Schilders (the collective labour agreement, a Dutch sectoral agreement on pay and working conditions, for the painting and finishing industry).
• Company car if you hold a category B or BE driving licence.
• 25 days of annual leave and 7 ATV days (reduced working hours days) at full-time hours.
• A contract with the prospect of permanent employment and support for your professional development.
• 32 to 40 hours per week.
