## About the job

As an Earthworks Foreman, you lead earthworks on various sites near Oss. You make sure every project runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

You are the link between the work on the ground, the work preparation team, and project management. You keep the pace up and watch over quality, progress, and safety.

**Scope of work:**

• Leading earthworks such as excavations, foundation work, drainage, and soil compaction.
• Checking dimensions and execution against the work plan and specification.
• Supervising safe working practices and compliance with environmental and quality rules.
• Coordinating with work preparation and the project manager on progress, materials, and personnel.
• Overseeing equipment use, work quality, and careful final inspection.

## What we ask

You have several years of experience in earthworks and you know how to lead a team without losing sight of working together. You communicate clearly, respond quickly when needed, and take ownership as if the project were your own.

• Experience in earthworks, road construction, hydraulic engineering, or a similar hands-on role.
• Experience leading colleagues on a construction site.
• Knowledge of excavation work, dimensions, and working from a plan.
• Focus on safety, quality, and careful execution.
• Category B driving licence. VCA-vol (Dutch safety certificate for construction workers) preferred, or willingness to obtain it.

• Salary from €3,200 to €4,200 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge and experience.
• 26 holiday days and 13 ATV days (reduction of working hours days) at full-time hours.
