About the job

You work on buildings where comfort, safety and quality matter. You have room to work independently, find good solutions and get things done as part of a technical team. You carry out maintenance, repair and renovation work on building elements. You communicate with colleagues and building users, respond when something is not going to plan, and make sure every job is done safely, neatly and as agreed.

What you'll do

• Repair and replace doors, windows and door frames
• Repair hinges, locks, walls and skirting boards
• Carry out sealing, painting and basic plastering work
• Report defects, damage and unsafe situations
• Work in a solution-focused way, with attention to quality and the needs of the people you work for

What we ask

• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as a carpenter
• Completed MBO (Dutch vocational secondary education) in construction, or comparable practical knowledge
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair work and building materials
• You work safely, accurately and according to the rules
• You are customer-oriented, reliable and take initiative

What we offer

• Salary from €3,200 to €4,300 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications
• 25 days of annual leave and 13 ADV days (extra days off as part of a shorter working week arrangement)
