Warehouse Team Leader

About the job

The warehouse doors open, the first deliveries are waiting, and you make sure everything runs smoothly. As a working team leader in logistics, you have a clear view of what is happening, you lead a team, and you do physical work yourself. You work in a technical environment where quality, safety, and good organisation matter.

What you'll do

• You coordinate and plan the daily warehouse work.
• You check and report outgoing goods according to the shipping guidelines.
• You are the main contact point in the warehouse and you keep the daily operations on track.
• You support colleagues and coach warehouse workers while they do their jobs.
• When needed, you work on the production or warehouse floor yourself.
• You flag problems and discuss possible improvements with the office manager.
• Together with the team, you keep the workplace safe and well organised.
• At the end of the day, orders are processed, goods are shipped, and everyone knows what is expected of them.

What we ask

• MBO level education (a Dutch vocational qualification, roughly equivalent to a level 3-4 trade certificate) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in a warehouse and coaching workers.
• A forklift certificate.

What we offer

• A salary of €2,800 to €3,200 gross per month, depending on experience.
