Senior Warehouse Worker / Warehouse Coordinator

About the job

We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Worker for a logistics organisation in Waddinxveen. Internally the role is called Warehouse Coordinator. You combine hands-on operational work with coordinating and supporting your colleagues on the floor. You see what needs to be done, respond quickly when it gets busy, and keep the daily operation running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities
• Support and supervise colleagues on the floor
• Load and unload goods
• Check incoming and outgoing shipments
• Operate a forklift and reach truck
• Manage stock levels and report any differences
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe
• Take part in improving processes and logistics flows

What we ask

• MBO level of thinking and working (MBO is a Dutch secondary vocational qualification)
• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience coordinating or supervising colleagues is a plus
• Valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate
• Experience with a WMS (warehouse management system) or warehouse scanners
• You work independently, accurately, and stay calm under pressure
