Service and Maintenance Coordinator

About the job

As a Service and Maintenance Coordinator, you are the link between clients, technicians, and the organisation. You keep track of the work, make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time, and you respond when plans change. You don't have to do everything yourself, but you need to understand what is technically required.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and plan technical work
• Lead and support technicians
• Keep in contact with clients and contractors
• Monitor the schedule and progress of work
• Make sure technicians have the right information and materials
• Spot problems and solve them
• Align work with colleagues and other parties involved
• Help develop an efficient approach to getting things done
• Process and record completed work administratively
• Make sure agreements with clients and colleagues are followed through

What we ask

• Experience in a technical field, installation work, or a service organisation
• Good planning and organising skills
• Ability to keep an overview when handling multiple tasks at the same time
• Strong communication skills and comfortable with direct contact with people
• Solution-focused when plans change
• Technical understanding of what happens on site
• An MBO (Dutch intermediate vocational education) qualification in a technical direction is a plus
