Electrician

About the job

You work as an electrician in an unusual setting, where technical work meets healthcare. You maintain and install electrical systems in a psychiatric facility. Your technical knowledge and eye for detail help keep patients and staff in a safe, well-functioning environment.

What you'll do

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance on electrical installations.
• Install and connect new electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and fix faults to keep installations running without interruption.
• Keep technical records and write inspection reports.
• Work with colleagues and other departments to get projects done properly.

What we ask

• VCA Basis certificate (VCA is a Dutch safety certification for technical workers).
• MBO level 3 diploma in electrical engineering.
• Experience installing and maintaining electrical systems.
• Able to work independently and stay organised.
• Open to learning new skills and growing in the role.

What we offer

• Salary from €2,500 to €3,800 gross per month.
• Fixed-term contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Travel costs reimbursed according to CAO SPIE (CAO is a Dutch collective labour agreement that sets standard terms of employment).
