Electrical Installer

About the job

For a client near Nijmegen, we are looking for an electrical installer. You work on electrical installations in residential and/or commercial buildings. The work is on location, either on your own or as part of a team.

What you'll do

• Install and connect electrical systems in new buildings and during renovations
• Lay cables, install distribution boards, sockets, switches and light fittings
• Read electrical diagrams and technical drawings
• Find and fix faults in existing installations
• Carry out measurements and tests on installations
• Keep the workplace tidy and safe
• Report on completed work

What we ask

• Completed technical education in electrics (MBO level 2 or higher, or equivalent)
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an electrical installer
• VCA certificate (safety certificate required in many Dutch workplaces), preferred or required
• Ability to read electrical diagrams
• Driving licence category B
• Able to work independently and with attention to detail

What we offer

• Salary from 17.00 to 22.00 euro gross per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time work (40 hours per week)
• Travel costs reimbursed
• Possibility to gain additional certificates and training
