Electrical Installer Renewable Energy Systems

About the job

As an electrical installer for renewable energy systems, you install, connect and commission different types of renewable energy systems. You work at changing locations and have a lot of freedom to apply your technical knowledge in practice.

What you'll do

• Install and connect inverters to photovoltaic systems
• Make electrical connections for heat pumps
• Install hot water storage tanks and energy storage systems
• Lay and modify wiring and electrical installations
• Carry out inspections, measurements and test work
• Diagnose and fix technical faults on site
• Inform and advise customers on how their installation works
• Work together with colleagues on projects

What we ask

• Completed vocational training (mbo) in electrical engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical work
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certification for working on construction and industrial sites) or willingness to obtain it
• Good communication skills
• A proactive and independent way of working
• A practical and hands-on approach
• Interest in renewable technologies and innovative installations

• Salary from €2,900 to €3,500 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience
• Employment from 24 hours per week
