Electrical Assembler

About the job

As an assembler in Oud-Beijerland, you work with precision technology used in agriculture, construction, marine, and logistics. You assemble transformer substations and help build solutions that improve efficiency and safety worldwide. In the assembly hall, you build electrotechnical installations and make sure they are complete, safe, and ready to use.

What you'll do

• Assemble prefabricated transformer substations
• Fit components, cable terminations, and cable connections
• Check quality, safety, and technical performance
• Analyse and solve faults with a hands-on approach
• Work with colleagues, project managers, and suppliers
• When needed: carry out service and installation work at customer sites

What we ask

• 1 to 3 years of experience as an assembler, production assembler, or in service and maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and an interest in mechatronics
• Experience or familiarity with control technology, sensor technology, pneumatics, or hydraulics
• Precise, focused on results, and good at solving problems
• Clear communicator, good team player, and able to explain technical decisions

What we offer

• Gross salary of €2,500 to €3,300 per month based on a 40-hour week
• 25 holiday days and 15 ADV days (ADV: reduced working hours days, a common arrangement in Dutch CAO collective labour agreements)
