CNC Milling Operator

As a CNC milling operator in the machine building industry, you shape parts made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastics. You work on single pieces and small batches. You see the results of your work directly in reliable products used in international projects.

**What you'll do:**

• Read and check technical drawings and specifications
• Program and operate a 3-axis CNC milling machine
• Set up tools, machines and production parameters
• Mill parts to the required dimensions, surface finish and tolerances
• Coordinate with colleagues on planning, quality and improvements

**What we ask:**

• Technical MBO (Dutch vocational degree at secondary level) in machining, metal technology or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a CNC milling operator
• Experience with 3-axis CNC milling and reading work drawings
• Knowledge of materials, tools, tolerances and measuring instruments
• Willingness to keep developing your technical knowledge
• Precise way of working and attention to safety and quality

• Gross salary of €3,500 to €4,000 per month
• 25 vacation days and 15 ADV days (ADV: scheduled time off in lieu of overtime, common in Dutch manufacturing)
