About the job

Every morning you leave Alkmaar with a loaded truck and deliver goods to different customers. You carry pallets, consumer goods and industrial products. It is a job with a lot of customer contact and constant variety.

What you'll do

• Every morning you leave from Alkmaar and drive a route with multiple stops
• You visit an average of 20 customers a day, up to 30 stops on a full route
• You deliver different loads: pallets, consumer goods and industrial products
• You keep things tidy during deliveries and make a good impression at every customer
• You manage your own route and stay calm when things change during the day
• You work Monday to Friday, starting between 06:30 and 07:00 in Alkmaar and finishing between 17:00 and 18:00

What we ask

• Category C driving licence and a valid Code 95 certificate
• Good command of Dutch or English
• Able to drive an busy route independently and stay calm when plans change
• Friendly with customers, clear communication, flexible and neat appearance

What we offer

• Hourly rate from €15.63 to €20.24 gross, based on the cao Beroepsgoederenvervoer (collective labour agreement for road freight transport), depending on age and experience
• Supplements and other pay in line with the cao Beroepsgoederenvervoer
• Travel costs reimbursed
• 25 holiday days per year
• Holiday pay (vakantiegeld, a standard Dutch bonus paid on top of your salary) of 8.33%
• Pension built up through Stipp+
• Good performance can lead to a permanent contract
