Category B Driver – Road Marking

About the job

As a category B driver, you travel with a colleague to different locations. Together you place, check and remove temporary road signs. You work 40 hours a week at a stable company in the technical and logistics sector with more than 100 employees. The projects you work on help keep roads safe and traffic moving across the Netherlands.

What you'll do

• Transport road signs, barriers and diversions safely to project sites
• Place, check and collect traffic management equipment together with a colleague
• Work safely at the roadside and carry out assigned tasks correctly
• Drive a delivery van or truck and transport materials
• Help build and dismantle temporary road layouts

What we ask

• Category B driving licence (category C or CE is a strong advantage)
• Willingness to obtain a C/CE licence if needed
• Practical approach to work and basic technical understanding
• Good physical condition, you regularly help with loading, unloading and placing equipment
• Flexibility in working hours, including possible emergency on-call shifts
• A responsible attitude and a focus on safety

What we offer

• Hourly rate of €15.00 gross
• Monthly salary of €2,600 to €3,250 gross based on 40 hours per week
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre
• 35 days off per year at full-time hours
• Possibility to obtain a category C/CE driving licence at the employer's expense
• Prospect of a permanent contract
