Reach Truck Operator / Production Operator

About the job

You work in a modern production facility in Meerkerk. You operate a reach truck and run production and packaging lines that use robotic technology.

What you'll do

• Operate a reach truck
• Run and adjust production and packaging lines
• Change over machines
• Spot and prevent problems in the production process
• Carry out and record quality checks and production data

What we ask

• Experience operating a reach truck
• Experience in a production or logistics setting, for example as a production worker, machine operator, or line operator
• Good command of Dutch
• Available to work a 2-shift schedule

Employment conditions

• Salary from €3,000 gross per month, excluding shift allowances
• Shift allowances under the CAO (Dutch collective labour agreement): 140% between 05:30 and 07:00, 130% between 18:00 and 22:00, 140% between 22:00 and 23:30
• 2-shift schedule: morning shift 05:30-14:30, afternoon shift 14:30-23:30
• 25 days of holiday per year plus 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a mandatory Dutch bonus paid on top of your salary)
• Possibility of a permanent contract with the end employer
