Construction Site Manager / Renovation Foreman

About the job

Work in and around Elst on the renovation of historic and unique buildings. As a foreman you combine construction knowledge with day-to-day team leadership. You work on bespoke projects and see the results of your work with your own eyes.

What you'll do

• Lead renovation and transformation projects and work hands-on on site
• Plan, organise and coordinate work with the project team and partners
• Spot problems early and solve them in a practical way
• Communicate decisions clearly to clients and colleagues
• Oversee careful execution of work and compliance with quality agreements

What we ask

• Experience as a construction site manager or foreman
• Knowledge of construction, especially in renovation, transformation or restoration
• Leadership skills and resilience on site
• Problem-solving mindset and a focus on results
• Good communication and effective teamwork
• Attention to detail; knowledge of new-build construction is a plus

• Salary up to €5,100 gross per month
• 32 to 40 hours per week
