Construction Site Manager

About the job

As a construction site manager, you are responsible for regional residential and commercial building projects from start to completion. You work in Deventer, Apeldoorn and Zutphen, make decisions on site and see the results of your work every day. You organise the work, keep things in order and make sure colleagues and partners know what is needed.

What you'll do

• Lead daily work on the construction site
• Monitor planning, progress, quality and safety
• Organise work carefully and coordinate partners
• Spot risks, deviations and additional or missed work early
• Initiate improvements and make decisions in difficult situations

What we ask

• A completed construction education at MBO level or higher
• At least 3 years of experience as a site manager in residential and/or commercial construction
• Experience managing construction projects independently
• A precise, quality-focused way of working with attention to safety
• Clear communication and the ability to involve people in a respectful way
• Staying solution-focused and cooperative even under pressure

What we offer

• Salary from €4,500 to €6,300 gross per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on knowledge and experience
• Working week of 32 to 40 hours, conditions in line with CAO (collective labour agreement) Bouw & Infra, UTA
