You work as a construction site manager. You are responsible for the daily management of the building site on new construction, renovation, and transformation projects. You keep track of progress, quality, safety, and the project schedule.

What you'll do

• Manage daily work on the building site and supervise workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor the schedule, quality, and safety of projects
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers
• Spot and solve problems during the project
• Attend construction meetings and report to the project manager

What we ask

• Experience as a construction site manager on new construction, renovation, or transformation projects
• Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety requirements
• Driving licence category B
