Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor

About the job

As a site supervisor, you are the link between tradespeople, subcontractors, clients and residents. You make sure everyone knows what to do, and you act when something goes wrong.

What you'll do

• Plan and organise the daily work on site
• Manage tradespeople and subcontractors
• Keep track of the schedule, quality and safety
• Stay in contact with clients and residents
• Make sure materials, people and equipment are available on time, and solve problems on site

What we ask

• Experience as a site supervisor, foreman or working supervisor
• Experience in renovation, maintenance or refurbishment of residential buildings is a plus
• Able to plan, organise and communicate, with a practical and independent way of working

• Salary up to €5,000 per month, depending on experience
• 25 vacation days plus additional ATV days (reduction of working hours days, common in Dutch construction CAO collective labour agreements)
