For a technical service provider in the Venlo region, we are looking for an Assembly Manager in mechanical installation. In this role, you are responsible for the daily management of installers at project sites. You make sure that installations are carried out safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. You combine technical knowledge with leadership skills and are an important link between the work on site and the project organisation.
What you'll do
- Lead and supervise installers and subcontractors at project sites
- Coordinate work within installation projects at building sites
- Monitor planning, quality, safety, and progress
- Carry out and check installation work
- Align the scope of work with clients, construction partners, and project teams
- Keep project records and reports up to date
- Draw up and manage an efficient installation schedule
- Ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed
What we ask
- Completed MBO (Dutch vocational education, level 3 or 4) in mechanical engineering, installation technology, or a related field
- Relevant work experience in the installation industry
- Experience leading installers or assembly teams
- Technical knowledge and good organisational skills
- A customer-focused and proactive approach
- Good communication skills
