About the job
As a Maintenance and Renovation Works Manager, you run several maintenance and renovation projects at the same time in the Apeldoorn region. You work directly on site, you have real influence on results, and you make decisions on your own.
What you'll do
- Coordinate several projects from start to final handover
- Manage skilled workers and subcontractors
- Monitor schedules, progress, safety, and quality
- Communicate with opdrachtgevers (clients who commission the work), colleagues, and building occupants
- Act practically and find solutions when unexpected situations come up
What we ask
- MBO-level (Dutch vocational qualification, secondary vocational level) education and thinking, preferably in construction or engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a works manager in planned maintenance or renovations
- Experience managing skilled workers and subcontractors
- Ability to oversee several schedules, quality requirements, and health and safety agreements at the same time
- Clear communication, empathy, and the ability to make responsible decisions
- You must already live in the Netherlands and have the right to work in the Netherlands (visa or residence permit sponsorship is not possible)
